Founder of

The Fatherhood Foundation

Chris Beach is a native Virginian who transitioned from a career teaching elementary and middle school to the non-profit sector after organizing successful student fundraisers.

A dedicated husband and father of four boys, he leverages over a decade of non-profit experience and his background as an educator to lead the Fatherhood Foundation of Virginia.

The Fatherhood Foundation

The Fatherhood Foundation of Virginia empowers families by providing relationship coaching and practical tools to help couples sustain strong, fulfilling partnerships.

Driven by research showing that active fathers reduce poverty and crime while boosting children's emotional and educational success, the organization equips new and experienced dads with the skills and confidence to remain committed, lifelong fathers.


The Fatherhood Foundation will also be the charity supported from the proceeds of this year's Boxing Smoker.
